Belonging feels like

Belonging feels like

To belong is more than a feeling of being accepted. The longing to belong should not be seen as an act of codependence, neither is it something that should invoke feelings of distance, isolation or shame. It is apart of  the pure nature as organisms of an ecosystem, as beings apart of a community and apart of the essence of being alive to feel connected to  each other.

It is apart of the pure nature of being alive to want to feel connected to something external to or above us. To plug into a grandeur source of commonality. To find a common ground of practice, passions, space and roots is to belong. To not share a common ground, is still a part of belonging to a reflection of perspectives, belonging to a representation of your beliefs, standpoints and opinions.

To belong is to continuously give to yourself and giving comes in more than one form. In order for you to belong to your community, you must first belong to yourself irrevocably. To belong at all is in essence, to fist and most importantly belong to your truth. We are all plugged into belonging whether or not we have the perception of it yet, we all belong to a vast, universal community, cause and energy.

We belong to a divine force and purpose that we are continuously feeding and you will continue to grow this purpose and live it seamlessly. This net of belonging can be found here together in harmony, in first belonging to ourselves.
