Breathe.

Breathing can transform your life.

if you are worrying about what is happening, or about something that might happen, breathe.

Breathe.

& feel your body weight on this chair, or on this bed, feel your body in this space.

You are just Here, in this space, breathing.

That is all you need to focus on, your breathing, in and out.

the pace of your breath is slowing and you are breathing at ease.

there is no space for any feelings of worry, discouragement or stress in this moment. All there is, is your breath.

your breath is your purpose breathe.

if you have forgotten what your purpose is, just breathe.

be still, and breathe out all the worry.

Inhale universal light, guidance and support.

Exhale worry and stress.

breathe

if you have a lot of work to tackle today, breathe and center yourself here.

You are capable in this moment you are capable in every moment.

bring yourself into your center with breathing.

if you are feeling overwhelmed emotionally

just breathe into your center.

Feel your center, feel your heart, breathe into your heart

and be comfortable here in stillness.

if in this moment you are surrounded by love or a person you love, breathe into this moment with it. breathe in this surrounding love

embrace the love

If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will help you pace down into a slower, deeper breathing rhythm of life.

Slow down your breath and move freely

So breathe. And enjoy each moment you are feeling. Love each person you heart opens to. Breathe into your own pace of life,

breathe into your purpose here,

breathe into your presence

Tip: Put the word “Breathe” as a screensaver or desktop pic, or put it up as a note on your wall or fridge or on your desk. Then do it every time you see the word.
